The Nirmalya Kalash initiative was implemented in association with Innerwheel Club of Pen. The objective of this initiative is to protect the environment as well as create new ones from waste and prevent pollution. Various nirmalya were collected and the activity of making agarbatti from said nirmalya will be done and fertilizer will be made from some nirmalya materials. The aim of this initiative is to prevent All these materials offered to Ganapati Bappa are immersed in the water during immersion, and the pollution of the water was collected to prevent pollution. All the Nirmalya were collected separately, the activity of making incense sticks will be taken from the said Nirmalya and fertilizer will be made from some of the Nirmalya materials. On 29th October, Rotary Club of Pen imparted training to needy women in Ramwadi to make agar batti from Nirmala collected during Ganapati. The purpose behind this was to enable the needy women to be self-employed at home. During the recently celebrated Ganapati festival, a Nirmalya collection project was implemented in association with Rotary Club of Pen and Innerwheel Club of Pen. Part of Nirmala was used for making fertilizer while some flowers were dried and dried and it was decided to give training to make incense sticks. In this way, these women were trained to prepare agar batti after proper processing. Ms. Suchita Mhatre, member of Innerwheel Club of Pen, did a valuable job of imparting this training. About 60 women participated in this training.
