On September 5, the Rotary Club of Pen honored Mrs. Preeta Karkhanis, the principal of Konkan Education Society, on the occasion of Teacher's Day. With 35 years of service, Mrs. Karkhanis has provided exceptional guidance and education to her students throughout her career. Known for her discipline and popularity among students, Mrs. Karkhanis is a dedicated and committed teacher, and in recognition of her work, the Rotary Club of Pen awarded her as an outstanding teacher. Former students of Konkan Education Society’s English Medium School, who are now members of the Rotary Club of Pen, were present at the event and participated in honoring her. She expressed that being felicitated by her former students was a great honor for her.
