A two days Residencial RYLA with child Haven International Maharashtra Home for children and women, was conducted where Good touch-bad touch, commination skills, planning studies etc was undertaken. Cake was cut with birthday celebration of the President of RC PEN Rtn Madhubala Shailesh Nikam. A writing white and black board with pens and pencils was gifted to all the kids. Whiteboards are a great tool to use because they allow students to work together more effectively, reinforce concepts with diagrams and illustrations, and create presentations, discussions or lectures. Overall, whiteboards allow to engage students effectively with hand -on experience. Cultural program :- A dance by the adivasi women and students was performed. First day topic of Good Touch Bad Touch by Rtn. Sanyogita was covered. Education about good touch and bad touch helps children develop healthy relationships and understanding consent. It teaches them to recognize and respect the boundaries of others and encourages empathy and communication. This helps in fostering positive relationships throughout their lives. Social worker Vaishali Tai Patil also acknowledged the students with rules and regulations regarding Sexual harrasment. She also enlighten the students with the rule of POSCO. She delivered lecture on sex abusement very effectively. Question and answer round was very effectively conducted regarding the same. Next day Rtn Sujata had a session of communication skills, where she explained about effective communication. She said effective communication requires us to be clear and complete in what we are trying to express. Being an effective communicator in our professional and personal lives involves learning the skills to exchange information with clarity, empathy, and understanding. Pr Madhubala guided students , how to plan studies, why it's important to plan and punctual. She took some activities with the kids and then all the Rotarians enjoyed Dahi Handi with the children. The caring mother were also given some Hygiene tips about staying near and tidy We returned back home with tons of happiness and memories with us.
