| Minutes of Meeting | Meeting Started sharp 9.30 with national anthem followed by 4 way test 11 rotary members present. Minute of the last meeting briefed by secretary rtn. Madhubala , also briefed about the project Chatrachhaya held today evening where 3 umbrellas were distributed to the needy road vendors. President rtn. Sanyogita Temghare conducted the meeting. 1. Planning of Distribution of rest umbrellas 2. Rotaract club meeting to be arranged as per the availability of rotaractors. 3. Monsoon fellowship to be arranged on 4th August at Vijay kadam farmhouse. Details will be soon shared by our new member rtn. Vijay kadam. 4. Tree plantation with rotary sign board to be done with the help of rtn. Haresh bekawade. 5. Medical projects like TB awareness, sanitary pads destruction machine to be planned. 6. Project report for CSR from JSW to be done. 7. It was decided those who are Interested to join for award function to be held on 28th july in pune should give their names. Thank you |
