On November 14, 2024, on the occasion of Children's Day, the Rotary Club of Pen organized two competitions exclusively for students. A drawing competition was held for students from Grades 3 to 7, divided into different groups. Additionally, a wireless cooking competition was organized for students from Grades 8 to 10. These competitions were conducted keeping in mind the interests of the students. The competitions received an overwhelming response, with nearly 250 students participating in the drawing competition and 15 students taking part in the wireless cooking competition. The drawing competition was conducted in two groups: Grades 3–4 and Grades 5–7. The prize distribution ceremony was conducted by the esteemed President of the Mahatma Gandhi Library, Mr. Arvind Wange. The aim of these competitions was to enhance the students' inner talents and encourage their interests to the fullest. Both events were conducted in a highly enthusiastic atmosphere. Snacks were distributed to all the students by the Rotary Club of Pen, and all participants were honored with certificates.
